Research On Investment Control Of Industrial Projects Construction

Investment control has a significant impact on the future operational management of the project since such industrial projects usually have a large amount of investment,and construction investment accounts for a large proportion.Since the 1990 s,with the rapid development of our economy,industrial projects have entered the peak period of investment,and the research on project quality,progress,and safety management has made great progress.However,the research on project investment control,especially construction project investment control,has shown to be inadequate.Therefore,on the basis of the site work practice,firstly,the article has a the literature research and theoretical overview to the related theory of the project management and the project construction investment control;Secondly,the article has a comprehensive summarization of the main influencing factors on the industrial project construction investment,thus the five characteristics of industrial project construction investment control are concluded.Thirdly,through a paper survey of 42 industrial projects,the article obtains the representative status of the current industrial project construction investment control and analyzes the main problems existing in investment control.Fourthly,the article extracts the main thoughts and main methods in investment control of the co-power plant,summarize the way on how to determine the process through the application of value engineering and how to select the critical equipment through the application of full-life cycle method,as well as the other control methods in relation to the systematics,full-aspects and full process.At the mean time the article also analyze the control methods,the effectiveness and the disadvantages.Fifth,the article summarizes and extracts the key points of industrial project investment control.The paper relating to the investment characteristics and influencing factors for industrial project construction,process plan determination for value engineering,life cycle selection of key equipment,case project construction investment control measures and summary of the key points of industrial project construction investment control,etc..has enriched theinvestment control theory of industrial project construction,which can be available for application and reference.
