Affected by "The Belt and Road" and the regeneration of requirements,the sales of construction machinery have increased year by year in recent years.In order to meet the increasing demand,the production of machinery manufacturers must be increase,and the traditional inventory model is difficult to meet the fast-paced production mode,which needs to find a new inventory management model;at the same time,affected by the integrated,scaled and systemized of logistics.Engineering manufacturing enterprise and their suppliers are actively promoting the VMI Hub model;VMI Hub often has problems such as out-of-stocks and Warehouse burst during the operation.By investigation,we found that a considerable part of the reason is that suppliers lack the correct replenishment strategy.This situation has led to a further increase in operating costs,and then affects the implementation and development of VMI Hub.In summary,it is of practical significance to study the replenishment strategy of suppliers under the VMI Hub model.Thesis studies the replenishment strategy under VMI Hub mode from the perspective of suppliers,mainly related to the three aspects of supplier’s production,transportation and common distribution.The paper firstly investigates domestic and foreign research,and gives a brief overview of VMI and VMI Hub.It also describes the definition of supplier replenishment strategy and multivariate function solving algorithm,and describes Sany Automobile Hoisting Machinery Co.,Ltd.and its VMI Hub mode supplier replenishment operation and problems.Then,from the perspective of suppliers in VMI Hub mode,the model of replenishment strategy is established and the algorithm is designed.The first step is to analyze the cost of each supplier’s replenishment operation in VMI Hub mode.In order to facilitate analysis and calculation,we convert all costs into unit time costs,which can link cost and time;The second step is to establish a model with the lowest total cost of all supplier units in the same supply chain.and introduce inventory performance indicators(KPI)to constrain the inventory level,then design a genetic algorithm based on the constraints to solve the model.Finally,the demand of a certain stage of Sany Automobile Hoisting Machinery Co.,Ltd.is selected,and the model is verified by the simulation software to obtain the replenishment strategy of the supplier during this period of time.The results of thesis has certain reference value for the replenishment operation of suppliers under the VMI Hub mode of Sany Automobile Hoisting Machinery Co.,Ltd.,and has certain reference significance for similar manufacturing enterprises and suppliers. |
