Research On The Relationship Between Resource-based Enterprises' Green Innovation Influencing Factors And Enterprise Performance

The extensive economic development model of traditionally drawing resources has promoted the rapid growth of China's economy on the one hand,and exposed the problems of environment,resources and ecological crisis on the other hand.In order to solve this problem,the key point is promoting enterprises to implement green innovation.On the basis of summarizing the past practice,the Ninth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the arguments of "implementing the most stringent ecological environmental protection system" and "treating the ecological environment like treating life",and so on,would be to maintain the ecological civilization concept throughout the economic sustainability of green,low-carbon and cycle development,to ensure sustainable development in the environment.In order to adapt to the trend of green economy development,resource-based enterprises,as one of the economic subjects promoting social development,can only meet the needs of social green economy development and sustainable development of enterprises through innovation and greening.It is the fundamental way for resource-based enterprises to realize sustainable development,transformation and upgrading by adopting green innovation strategy to seek new theoretical growth points.At present,scholars at home and abroad are wondering whether green innovation can bring economic benefits to resource-based enterprises."And" what factors can drive green innovation in resource-based enterprises?" ","what are the paths and mechanisms of green innovation influencing factors to promote enterprise economic performance?There are still controversies.How does the impact of the green innovation of resource-based enterprises affect the economic performance of enterprises?This core issue introduces green innovation as a mediator variable,and green product innovation and green process innovation as the dimension of measuring green innovation,in-depth analysis of the impact mechanism of green innovation influencing factors on firm performance,and related theoretical research and literature review On the basis of the establishment of a conceptual model of green innovation affecting corporate performance.In order to verify the research hypothesis,this paper adopts the questionnaire survey method for empirical research.A total of 323 questionnaires are distributed online and offline,among which 276 are valid.SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze the correlation of related variables,and multiple regression analysis was used to test the mediating effect.AMOS24.0 software was used to verify the research hypothesis proposed in this paper.The research results show that:(1)Influencing factors of green innovation of resource-based enterprises:institutional environment,organizational support,and resource capacity all positively affect the economic performance of enterprises;(2)institutional environment,organizational support,resource capacity for green product innovation,green process innovation There are positive impacts;(3)Green product innovation and green process innovation have a positive impact on corporate economic performance;but when the institutional environment,organizational support,and resource capacity variables interact with each other in corporate green product innovation and green process innovation The influence of institutional environment and organizational support interaction,institutional environment and resource capability interaction on green process innovation is not significant.Finally,in order to promote the enterprise green management,green transformation,effective development of green innovation,improve the economic performance of enterprises,this paper based on the research conclusion,on the basis of two angles from the government and enterprises,to the enterprise green innovation influence factors on the function mechanism of enterprise performance,provide theoretical Suggestions for the government's policy and institutional building,provide direction for the development of resource-based enterprises to carry out the strategy of green innovation and management practices.
