Research On The Development Of Farmers' Cooperatives In Yitong County

After more than 20 years of ups and downs,the role of farmers' cooperatives in China has become more and more important,and it is an important carrier of farmers' income increase,agricultural development,and even national economic development.However,the "good medicine" has not fundamentally solved the current dual economic and social structure of urban and rural areas in China.On the contrary,the problems of peasant cooperatives themselves have become increasingly prominent.The development of farmers' cooperatives in Yitong Manchu Autonomous County has entered a new stage of vigorous development,but in the process of development,we have also seen a variety of human problems,and farmers have put forward various new demands.While consolidating the existing achievements,we also need to further improve and solve various new problems emerging in the new stage of development.Firstly,this paper elaborates the background,purpose,significance,main research contents,research methods,research routes and current research situation at home and abroad.Then it elaborates the concept,characteristics and theoretical basis of farmer cooperatives,and studies the vertical deepening development and implementation of agricultural cooperatives based on theory.Thirdly,the current situation of farmers' cooperatives in Yitong County is elaborated from the aspects of the number of farmers' cooperatives,the number of investors,the total number of employees and the changes of specific types involved.Fourthly,it points out the problems and causes of farmers' cooperatives in Yitong County.Through analysis,the main problems of agricultural production cooperatives in Yitong County include: the development scale is generally small,the structure is single;farmers lack of understanding of farmers' cooperatives;blindness and disorder in development planning docking;lack of high-quality professional talents.The causes of the existing problems are: low income of farmers themselves,lack of development funds;inadequate implementation of agricultural technology promotion and legal policies;non-standard internal management,imperfect management mechanism;imperfect talent education management system.Fifthly,this paper introduces the advanced development experience and development model of the United States,Germany,France and Japan,and the experience of grain planting farmers' cooperatives inQitaihe City of Heilongjiang Province and vegetable agricultural cooperatives in Weifang City of Shandong Province.It summarizes the Enlightenment of the development experience of farmers' cooperatives at home and abroad on the development of farmers' cooperatives in Yitong County.On this basis,the paper finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of farmers' cooperatives in Yitong County.Based on the analysis above,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of standardized management of farmers' cooperatives in Yitong County.Mainly includes: the agricultural related policies should be further improved and implemented;the establishment of linkage mechanism with agricultural professional departments;clear management requirements for farmers' cooperatives;promoting the cooperation between financial institutions and farmers' cooperatives;and cultivating professional talents to serve agricultural cooperatives.
