Study On The Development Of Swan-Looking Tourist Attraction In Changbaicountyjilin Province

Tourism industry is an important part of county economy and has an indispensable function on promoting quality and level of county economy,optimizing county economy structure,enhancing farmer employment and getting rid of poverty.As the central and local governments increasingly put emphasis on tourism industry and a series of tourism policies were introduced,the tourism market of China grew rapidly.Tourist attractions as the important carrier and key link of tourism development hold important facilitating significance for tourism and local economy development.Changbai County was one of the 7 impoverished counties of Jilin Province.As an important sightseeing place,the Swan-looking tourist attraction of Changbai County with its unique natural conditions plays an important role in leading the development of country economy,increasing farmer income,helping achieve poverty alleviation and realizing a high quality development of Changbai tourism economy.The paper takes Swan-looking tourist attraction of Changbai County in Jilin Province as the research object.Based on field research and using SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix analysis,the paper proposes a systematic development strategy which provides a reference for high quality development of Swan-looking tourist attraction and for relevant department making policies.The research is conducive to fully exert the function of Swan-looking tourist attraction for advancement,radiation and driving of local economy of Changbai County.Meanwhile,this research also provides a typical case and practical experience for other county tourist attractions in Jilin Province and a new thinking for pushing development of county tourist attractions of Jilin Province.First,this paper makes a definition and analysis on the relevant concepts and theories to lay a foundation of theory of the research.Second,it summarizes the historic development of Changbai County Swan-looking tourist attraction and analyzes its development status and driving effect on county economy growth.Third,it makes a SWOT analysis on Swan-looking tourist attraction development systemfrom four dimensions,that is,strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threaten,to lay the foundation for strategic selection and analysis of tourism attraction.Finally,based on the analysis result of SWOT,the EFE and IFE analysis,the paper applies QSPM matrix analysis method to propose the development strategy selection for Changbai County Swan-looking tourist attraction,and accordingly to put forward recommendations such as strengthening policy guide,supporting and strengthening infrastructure construction,strengthening the development of tourist resources and products,and strengthening the introduction and training of professional talents to enhance development of Swan-looking tourist attraction of Changbai County.
