| The Chinese medicine industry is an indispensable part of China’s medical and health undertakings.The country is committed to developing the Chinese medicine industry,implementing the principles and policies of developing both Chinese and Western medicine,and establishing management mechanisms and norms that conform to the characteristics of Chinese medicine,fully reflecting the important influence of Chinese medicine in the Chinese medicine industry.China’s traditional Chinese medicine culture has a l ong history of thousands of years,with profound basic theories,good quality of traditional Chinese medicine,and precise curative effect.The traditional Chinese medicine industry has been strongly supported by the government and valued by investors,and the overall growth of the traditional Chinese medicine industry continues.In addition,with the continuous promotion of the new medical reform policy,the macro environment and profit model faced by pharmaceutical enterprises have changed accordingly.Under the dual background of the rapid development of the industry and the implementation of the new medical reform policy,how W Pharmaceutical Company seeks to survive and develop is of great exploration significance.This paper studies the development strategy of Guangxi W Pharmaceutical Company.First of all,we will investigate the actual situation of W Pharmaceutical Company and deeply understand the company’s operation,development process and problems in strategic management;Secondly,we use PESTEL analysis tool and Porter’s five forces model to analyze the macro and industrial environment of W Pharmaceutical Company,and then analyze the internal resources and capabilities of W Pharmaceutical Company;Then,based on the mission and vision of the company,establish the development goal,use the SWOT matrix to analyze that W Pharmaceutical Company should mainly choose the growthoriented strategy,combine with the current problem that W Pharmaceutical Company urgently needs to solve the difficulties of new drug research and development,use the QSPM quantitative analysis matrix to compare,and analyze that the growth-oriented strategy should mainly implement the horizontal integration strategy,and strengthen the core competitiveness of the enterprise through the horizontal integration strategy,To form a development pattern based on production and sales,led by investment and acquisition,and supported by new drug research and development.The three complement each other and support each other;Finally,we will formulate strategic safeguard measures for enterprises,and propose specific safeguard measures from the aspects of system and mechanism innovation,scientific and technological innovation,high-end talent introduction,digitalization,etc.,in order to help enterprises obtain further improvement.Through the research on the development strategy of W Pharmaceutical Company,and using the relevant knowledge of strategic management learned,this paper hopes to put forward some systematic suggestions for W Pharmaceutical Company for reference,and also provide some ideas for similar pharmaceutical companies to improve the level of strategic management. |
