A Preliminary Study On The Mode Of Community Service For Home Care Of Elderly In Shanxi Province

At present,the aging speed of China’s population is accelerating day by day,and the problem of providing for the aged has become one of the social problems widely concerned.At present,the existing family pension and institutional pension in China can no longer meet the needs of the increasing elderly population,therefore,social pension services gradually flourished in different areas.In contrast,the urban community pension service is relatively mature,while the rural community pension service with a large elderly population is still far behind,coupled with the low level of overall economic development in rural areas,the degree of "hollowing" is serious,therefore,It is particularly necessary to make an in-depth study of rural community pension.Shengrenjian Town of Pinglu,Shanxi Province,is an agricultural township with the combination of suburbs.Since 2010,the rural community home pension service center has been set up.Up to now,a certain scale has been formed,which has effectively solved the pension problem of some elderly people.This study uses the method of literature analysis to review the relevant literature and theory of the community home pension model,to provide research ideas and theoretical support for this paper,and to obtain the first-hand data of the rural community home pension model in Shengrenjian Town through in-depth interviews.This paper analyzes and arranges the interview data,deeply analyzes its management system,operation mode,the power of social participation,and the five factors restricting the development of the old-age model.In order to understand the satisfaction of the local elderly with the community home pension service,I conducted a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of 320 elderly people,and made a descriptive analysis of the collected data.Understand the social and economic characteristics and overall satisfaction of the local elderly.A multivariate linear regression model was constructed to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of the elderly.On this basis,according to the essential requirements of welfare pluralism theory,this paper puts forward the following five countermeasures and suggestions to promote thedevelopment of home-based pension model in rural communities in this area according to local conditions: first,Broaden the sources of funds for home-based pension services in rural communities;Second,strengthen the responsibility of the grass-roots government;third,encourage the broad participation of social forces;fourth,enrich the content of rural community home pension services;fifth,establish and improve an effective emergency mechanism.In addition,the elderly should pay attention to personal subjective initiative,mutual help and active pension,more meaningful to spend their twilight years.
