As the core module of ERP, the general ledger management system has the close relation to the enterprise's production subsystem, the supply chain management subsystem, the human resources subsystem, Inventory management subsystem and the equipment subsystem, which is the synthetical reflection to the ledger people, the fund, the thing, the supply and the sell of enterprise. So,the general management system is always the essential part of ERP. It has the vital significance to studies and develops this system.This thesis conducted research to the function structure and the realization method of the general ledger management system, Applying .NET Platform, the software of Web-based Browse/Server-architecture develop the general ledger management system. The detailed contents are as follows:1.The thesis design the system's frame of the general ledger management system ,the Web-based 3-tier B/S structure is selected as the structure of the system.2. The requirement analysis, the operation flow and the data flow of the general ledger management system are completed, the operation flow chart and the data flow chart of SM are drew,3. The function modules of general ledger management system is designed, which include modules of basic data, financial processing, financial balance, query and print, bank and company check,cash management,bill management.4. The database systems of GL are designed in virtue of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Manage Console. Based on the flow chart of the operation GL store procedures are developed.5. The system reaches anticipative effect. The implement of the system shows that it is reasonable designed, with a friendly human-machine interface available, and is also easy to be maintained.
