Logistics is the entity flow process of the commodity from provide place to the accepted place. According to the practice demand, executes the basic function of transportation, inventory, stowage, portage, package, circulate manufactures distribution and information treatment to organic joint. The increment of national economics can be gained through logistics improvements with cost justifications. In the paper, optimization models in the logistics distribution are mainly studied, genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problems. In the first chapter, concept, developed process and classification of logistics are first introduced, then taking into account the main functional factors of logistics-location problem, inventory management, transportation and distribution are introduced. At last, distribution is the main point. In the second chapter, vehicle routing problem-the most important problem in the distribution is discussed, classification, models, algorithms and calculate complexity are introduced. In the third chapter, the basis of genetic algorithm is introduced, include origin, status quo,product, character and application of genetic algorithm, and the basic framework is introduced.
