Study On The Integration Of Urban And Rural Public Transportation In Dehong,Yunnan

Nowadays,China's rural and urban economy has been greatly improved,the urbanization speed is faster and faster,and with the continuous increase of small towns,China's urbanization has spread to the suburbs.With the continuous development of urbanization,the communication between urban and rural areas will become more and more close.The development of urban-rural integration has become an inevitable trend of future development.In order to further accelerate the economic and cultural exchanges between urban and rural areas,the integration of urban and rural development has become an inevitable goal of China's economic and social development.Improving urban economic development and urban-rural exchanges are the main problems facing China's economic development.The development of rural economy can not be separated from the improvement of road traffic infrastructure.With the deepening of environmental awareness,public transport has gradually become the first choice for public travel.The popularization of public transport has effectively promoted the development of urban-rural integration.The key to solve this problem lies in the integration of urban and rural public transport.At present,Dehong,Yunnan,has some problems,such as imperfect urban public transport system,unbalanced development of urban and rural passenger transport,inconvenient communication between urban and rural areas.Firstly,this paper expounds the concept and theoretical basis of urban-rural integration,theoretically analyses urban-rural integration of public transport,and analyses the current situation of Dehong transportation system in Yunnan,and studies the necessity of urban-rural integration of public transport development.This paper puts forward the problems existing in the development of urban and rural public transport in Dehong,Yunnan,and finds out the reasons for the problems.At the same time,it draws lessons from the experience and Enlightenment of urban and rural integration at home and abroad,puts forward the optimization strategy of urban and rural public transport integration in Dehong,Yunnan,and puts forward the safeguard measures of urban and rural integration in Hongde,YunThrough the research of this paper,the following optimization strategies are obtained:The first is to establish a urban and rural transportation development strategy with the priority of public transportation as the core,and to face the priority allocation of urban and rural public transportation resources from the aspects of policy,planning,construction,operation and management.The second is to build a multi-level bus network system,a diversified public transport infrastructure system and a new energy public transport vehicle system that is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.The third is to support three important supporting systems for the sustainable development of urban and rural public transportation,namely,the road traffic management system that reflects the priority of public transportation,the urban and rural public transportation information system with the focus on public transportation and public transportation operation management,and the public transportation development policy guarantee system.The optimization strategy obtained in this paper has a certain guiding effect on the integrated planning of Yunnan Dehong public transportation,and promotes the coordinated development of Dehong urban and rural areas.At the same time,the theoretical basis for the development of urban and rural public transportation integration is supplemented.
