Study On The Establishment Of Supply Chain Management Pattern Of Turpan Grape

Turpan area is one of the most main grape product areas in our country, the grape produced in Turpan area enjoys high reputation in domestic market, and even in international market. Grape product is Turpan's main agricultural product, and it is the local pillar industry. Grape income occupies above 60% in the producer's annual income. But on account of short of organizer in circulation, the competition between the producers lead the price low and the added value can't come true. Turpan grape only has the product superiority but not have the industrial superiority. The income growth of the producer is confined, the local grape industry development is also restricted.On the basis of analyzing the agricultural product logistics and the supply chain theories, this article summarizes the sales situation and the logistic characteristics of Turpan grape production, and find the existing questions in grape logistics. By using the logic analysis and the diagnosis analysis method, draw lessons to model supply chain management theory, combine three leading supply chain patterns of agricultural product, this paper takes the third party logistics enterprise as the core enterprise, construct the grape supply chain management pattern. Meanwhile, puts forward some measures to ensure the operating of the grape supply chain pattern.
