With the deepening of China’s real estate regulation and control policy,real estate enterprises are facing more and more challenges and opportunities.How to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise brand,enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise,improve the market share of the enterprise,and realize the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise,all need the enterprise to constantly improve the quality and ability of human resources,especially the middle managers.Talent recruitment has an important impact on human resources of enterprises.Taking the recruitment management of middle-level managers in W Real Estate Group as the research object,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the recruitment management of middle-level managers in W Real Estate Group,determines the competency factors of middle-level managers in W Real Estate Group,and applies the post competency model to the recruitment work for W Real Estate Group.The recruitment management of layer management personnel has certain application value.The main work of this paper is as follows: On the basis of reviewing the related theories of recruitment management,this paper first analyzes the problems existing in the recruitment of middle-level managers in W Real Estate Group,including the low matching between middle-level managers and posts,the imperfect recruitment management system and process of middle-level managers,the lack of scientific and quantitative selection,lack of scientific and quantitative selection criteria,irregular post design of middle-level managers,non-professional recruiters,unreasonable personnel structure,etc.Secondly,through the questionnaire method,using SPSS factor analysis method,we get the W real estate group middle-level managers competency model and post competency factors.Through statistical analysis,it can be seen that the post competency factors of middle managers in W Real Estate Group mainly include four dimensions: personality quality,professional accomplishment,knowledge and social competence and management ability,including 18 post competency factors.Through the discussion and analysis with the relevant leaders of W Real Estate Group,the managers of human resources center and some middle-level managers,we basically approve the competency elements of middle-level managers established in this paper.Finally,the competency model and index system are applied to the recruitment management of middle managers in W Real Estate Group,including the selection and training of interviewers,the job description based on job competency,the optimization of recruitment process based on job competency and the improvement of recruitment channels for middle managers.
