Risk Assessment Of The Tchnology Integration In KB Company

In the context of the rapid development of China aerospace science and technology companies,the technological level has been greatly improved.To occupy the market share and the leading position of industry technology,many aerospace science and technology companies have been striving to enhance their technological level and comprehensive strength,developing lots of technological integration projects.However,such integration projects in China started later than those in developed countries,which presented a range of issues,including less risk management and evaluation experience,weak awareness and lack of systematic planning and evaluation.These problems made a large number of uncertain risk factors during the implementation process of the project,resulting in increasing cost and schedule delay,which ultimately affected the success of the project operation.In general,the risk management level of China space science and technological integration project is far behind that of developed countries,which needs further research and discussion.The purpose of this paper is to characterize the risk factors in certain integration projects.By analyzing the occurrence probability and impact of risk factors in actual projects based on existing theories,key risks would be determined and the corresponding measures also can be proposed,which not only provides guidance for the smooth implementation of the technological integration,but also theoretical basis and practical experience for the subsequent projects.Based on the specific case of KB company,firstly,the research background and significance of technological integration project were briefly reviewed in this study.The existing technological integration project risk factors were pointed out by reading the domestic and foreign literature.Secondly,combined with a comparative analysis between risk factors and the actual situation of KB company through questionnaire method,the risk evaluation system framework of this study were defined.Then,the chromatography analysis method to analyze and evaluate the risk factors was chosen to obtain the key risks of integration project in the case of environment,contract,performance and so on.Finally,the key risk prevention and control measures,concrete countermeasures,as well as ideas for establishment of subsequent company risk prevention were put forward,based on the principles of risk aversion,risk control,risk transfer,risk self-responsibility,combining with the actual situation of KB company.These results could provide the data support and theoretical references for the decision-making of company management.The applied research was conducted before the integration project of KB company.Therefore,this research had a significant meaning in practice and theory which was attributed to filling the blanks in risk prevention,identification,evaluation and management of KB Company.Results of this research indicate that there exist some risks in the technology integration project,yet,which can be controlled,and the project could be succeed if the discovered risks were characterized,controlled,evaluated and confronted ahead by those managers in a scientific manner and adopting a reasonable management model of risk evaluating.
