In recent years,the economic construction level of China has made rapid progress,and with its rapid development,higher requirements have been put forward for the quality of construction project and the level of risk management.The purpose of engineering construction project risk management is as much as possible,to rule out all the unfavorable factors endanger project success,is generally thr-ough the identification,analysis,evaluation,response and monitor-ing several steps for practical operation,finally seems to make the project successful,achieve their goals.The construction of the project is in complex natural environment and complex social environment,filled with many uncertain factors.There are many methods of risk analysis and risk assessment for engineering projects,but no professional organization or authority has been classified and summarized.Therefore,when faced with the actual engineering project,it often adopts the inappropriate method.In the end,it is very likely that the construction difficulty of the project will be increased,which will affect the quality,schedule and cost targets of the project,and damage the benefit of the proj ect.Risk dispose and response is an important part of risk management.Now domestic common approach is to transfer risk to the subcontractor,only do a simple transfer without solve the risk of project,the risk may still occur.But the good news is that some project managers have begun to adopt some advanced international r-isk control methods,and by the new method has obtained some achievements,but compared with some developed countries on international,the engineering insurance system is not perfect in our country,it remains to be further learned and development.Paper lists of some advanced management experience and methods,based on these methods and the combination of the actual work,put forward in view of the small and medium-sized engineering problems and solutions encountered in construction process,the current study of the risk in large-scale project has a lot of,but not many studies on small projects,most people are easy to ignore the risk of a small project.This article mainly refers to the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)in the example,to participate in the construction of a campus virescence engineering project risk assessment,in combination with the practical risk problems were analyzed,and the project itself according to the practical risk,according to the different nature of the hierarchy structure model is set up respectively,calculate the single risk factors on the impact of the project,and then influence the ranking.Finally,based on the characteristics of the park project,this paper demonstrates the importance of project risk management through the example of actual project risk analysis,puts forward the key points that should be paid attention to in similar projects,and verifies that this paper proposes the systematic risk assessment method.
