B provincial postal bank is relatively late in the establishment of the four major banks,but in order to catch up with its competitors,it is necessary to develop ATM self-service equipment to expand its business and customer service.In the development of ATM self-service equipment,it is found that there are many problems in the development of ATM self-service equipment.This paper analyzes the bottlenecks in the process of autonomous development of ATM self-help equipment in B province.In order to break through the bottleneck of development,we need to outsource the third party ATM outsourcing service company to improve the B province.The ATM distribution speed of postal savings bank improves ATM market share.2002,A began to learn from the advanced concepts of ATM operation and management abroad and became the first professional outsourcing service company in ATM.A company fully combines the specific situation of ATM self-service equipment of major domestic banks,and uses process reengineering(Business Process Reengineering,BPR)to innovate operation business model.This paper first summarizes the development process of ATM self-service equipment after the establishment of A company.The ATM self-help equipment in B province needs to introduce the professional ATM self-service equipment outsourcing company as the background,analyzes the reasons for outsourcing,and the cooperative operation of the B provincial bank and A company.It also analyzes the current situation of A's operation outsourcing business.The company uses BPR to analyze and optimize the outsourcing process of the company.Through the outsourcing service process designed by BPR,we can provide customers with intimate and high quality services.A's new process has been highly recognized by customers.This paper analyzes the problems found in the cooperative operation of A company and B Province Post storage bank ATM,analyzes the shortcomings of A company and B Province Post storage bank operation project,and creates a new cooperative operation mode by applying process reengineering(Business Process Reengineering,BPR)technology innovation.Further enhanced the opening rate of Postal Savings Bank of B Province,and the new ATM cooperation mode has been highly recognized by customers.
