With the development of science and technology,cross-border cooperation between enterprises has become increasingly close.Supply chain has changed from a single linear structure to a multi-dimensional network structure,forming an ecological supply chain.The mode of ecological supply chain is developing rapidly in China.At present,one supply chain platform enterprise has been listed in China.At the same time,Chinese government has issued a large number of policy documents to promote the development of supply chain platform.In 2017,the General Office of the State Council issued Guidelines on Actively Promoting Supply Chain Innovation and Application,after the Nineteenth National Congress first proposed to cultivate new growth points in the field of modern supply chains and other fields to form new momentum,in April 2018,the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued the Circular on the Construction of Modern Supply Chain System in Circulation Field in 2018.However,with the growth of market diversification and demand individualization,the development of supply chain platform enterprises is limited by cost pressures,supply chain platform enterprises integrate with different supplier capabilities,production and services are in the lagging stage of high energy consumption,high labor density,and increasingly diversified market demand makes it difficult to reduce the cost of the platform,thereby reducing the profit margin.In supply chain management,the above problems can be solved by locating Customer Order Decoupling Point(CODP).The decoupling point is to distinguish between general and customized stages for a production or service process to achieve supply chain coordination.However,the Eco-supply chain under the platform mode has the characteristics of multi-chain,multi-agent and multi-order,and single decoupling point is difficult to deal with,decoupling points can differentiate between general and customized stages according to different orders,and balance the cost and individual needs of the whole process.Based on this,this paper focuses on the method of locating multiple decoupling points in Eco-supply chain,in order to achieve the goal of low cost and high customer satisfaction.This paper summarizes the construction method of decoupling point positioning model,solution method of multi-objective optimization model the connotation,main body and development trend of Eco-supply chain,discusses the operation mode and moving mechanism of single decoupling point in traditional supply chain,and analyses the structure of multidecoupling point in Eco-supply chain and the factors affecting the movement of multidecoupling point.A decoupling points positioning model with customization rate,order quantity as decision variables,lead time as constraints,customer value maximization and total cost minimization as objectives was constructed.The improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.The numerical example shows that the improved genetic algorithm is better and more in line with the actual situation.At the same time,it also proves the feasibility of the model in this paper.Taking Tiejia Platform as an example,the background and data are introduced.The customization rate and order quantity of platform operators under customer value preference,cost preference and no preference decision are solved respectively.It is proved that the multi-decoupling point positioning model can provide decision-making solutions for platform operators with different preferences,reduce the cost of ecological supply chain and improve customer satisfaction.At present,the research content of this paper is still insufficient,which needs to be further explored and improved.For example,considering priority constraints in the positioning model of ecological supply chain,how to further improve the multi-objective optimization genetic algorithm and improve its efficiency to make it more suitable for multi-objective optimization problems are the future research directions.
