Commercial banks are an important factor in China’s existing economicsystem.They always affect China’s capital and currency.Implementation of various policies such as economic development.With the continuous advancement of interest rate marketization reform,China’s commercial banks have received the dividend of reform,and they are also facing a more severe test.The interest rate marketization reform has enabled banks to have the right to self-price products for products,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of commercial banks,promoting the continuous innovation of products and services in China’s financial markets,and building a sound financial market system and fairer.Competitive environment.However,China’s economic strength or interest rate marketization is obviously lagging behind that of more developed countries.In contrast,our financial market is still not perfect.Therefore,interest rate liberalization will definitely have a certain impact on commercial banks.Narrowing and interest rate instability.In addition,China’s commercial banks have been stable for a long time because of interest rate regulation.With the advancement of interest rate marketization,it will cause many factors such as fierce competition in deposits and increased loan risks.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign theories and data,combined with the existing situation of China’s commercial banks,this paper finds the problems of commercial banks in the profit structure.Through the report data of a commercial bank for nearly ten years,the regression analysis of panel data was carried out from the two aspects of profit and profit,and finally concluded that the degree of interest rate marketization seriously affects the bank’s profit situation,the profit rate and non-profit of commercial banks.The positive proportion of interest profit means that commercial banks should strengthen the non-interest-driven innovation business under the marketization of interest rate.At the same time,interest rate marketization has no effect of non-interest profit on the development of banking business.This reminds commercial banks that it is more important.Focus on the development of non-interest business.Therefore,if commercial banks want to increase their profitability,they must increase innovation,adjust the industrial structure,and develop non-interest profit business.
