Research On The Appraisement And Influencing Factors Of Technological Innovation Of Agricultural Product Processing Enterprises In Jilin Province

Agricultural product processing enterprises are important industries to promote farmers' economic growth.Technological innovation has become the core competitiveness in the development of agricultural product processing enterprises.Enterprises must rely on technological innovation to develop new products,and to move on under the powerful competition in today's market.It took 40 agricultural product processing enterprises in Jilin Province as the research object in this paper,to construct the technical innovation performance index system of agricultural products processing enterprises in Jilin Province.And the data envelopment analysis(DEA)was used to evaluate the technological innovation performance of agricultural products processing enterprises in Jilin Province.The influencing factors of technological innovation performance in agricultural product processing enterprises in Jilin Province were analyzed.Studies have shown that most of agricultural product processing enterprises in Jilin Province were small in scale,and the investment in R&D of the whole enterprise was insufficient,resulting in insufficient output of enterprises and descent state in operating efficiency all the time.The performance gap of enterprise technology innovation between different industries was relatively large.On the whole,the performance of agricultural and sideline food processing industry was higher than that of food manufacturing and wine,beverage and refined tea manufacturing.Through the comparison between different cities in Jilin Province,agricultural product processing enterprises in Tonghua City had the highest technological innovation performance,and Baishan City and Gongzhuling City had the lowest performance.The biggest internal influential factor in the technological innovation performance of agricultural product processing enterprises was the technological innovation spirit of entrepreneurs.The biggest external influential factor was the government subsidy policy.Finally,it put forward relevant policy recommendations,to increase investment in R&D funds of agricultural product processing enterprises and strength the construction of talent teams in agricultural product processing enterprises,to formulate perfect development strategies of technological innovation and establish a sound service system of technological innovation in Jilin Province,and so as to promote the improvement of technological innovation performance of agricultural product processing enterprises in Jilin Province.
