Study On Rural Migrant Workers' Return To Home And Entrepreneurship In The Rural Revitalization Of Jilin Province

Jilin Province is a major agricultural province with about 7.5 million rural laborers.With the changes of domestic economic situation in recent years,the increasing attention paid by the provincial government of Jilin Provincial Committee to the innovation and Entrepreneurship of the provincial workers,and the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,the return and Entrepreneurship of migrant workers in Jilin Province has become a new trend.By the end of 2018,the number of migrant workers returning home and starting businesses in Jilin Province had reached 86,000,which directly promoted the local employment of 980,000 farmers.This could not only solve the employment problem of rural labor force,improve farmers' lives and raise farmers' income to a certain extent,but also alleviate the "hollowing" of rural areas and the problem of Left-behind elderly and children,stimulate the economic development of rural areas,and promote industrial integration.Develop and promote the overall development of urban and rural areas in Jilin Province.Through the research on the problem of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses in Jilin Province,the provincial government will pay more attention to this problem,formulate and promulgate more targeted and favorable policies,create a better entrepreneurial atmosphere for migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses,and lay a solid foundation for the realization of the great strategic goal of rural revitalization.This paper studies the problem of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses in the process of Rural Revitalization in Jilin Province.Firstly,through literature reading and knowledge accumulation,this paper analyses the internal relationship between Rural Revitalization and migrant workers' returning and entrepreneurship,and expounds the general situation of migrant workers' returning and entrepreneurship in China and Jilin Province.On this basis,a combination of field investigation,questionnaire survey,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis was used to select villages and towns in six counties and cities of Jilin Province.126 samples of entrepreneurship and 100 samples of non-entrepreneurship were selected to obtain the required survey data.Through the collation and analysis of survey data and survey facts,this paper summarizes the characteristics of migrant workers returning home to start their businesses and the difficulties they are facing at present in Jilin Province;through in-depth research and typical case analysis,it summarizes four modes of migrant workers returning home to start their businesses in Rural Revitalization in Jilin Province;based on GEM model,it takes binary logistic regression as the measurement method,with the help of spss analysis software,from the personal characteristics level,family characteristics level,external environment level to start a qualitative and quantitative analysis of nine factors affecting migrant workers returning home entrepreneurship.The results show that under the background of rural revitalization,migrant workers in Jilin Province return home to start their own businesses has become a trend,but there are still many problems,such as the overall quality of entrepreneurs is generally not high;funds shortage,loan difficulties;entrepreneurship policy is relatively lacking and not fully implemented;entrepreneurship policy and information is not circulated,lack of professional platforms and so on.Sex,age,family support,family risk preference,bank deposits at home,knowledge of household registration policy,whether trained in entrepreneurship,and length of time spent working outside have significant effects on whether migrant workers return home to start their own businesses.Among them,age has a negative correlation effect,while the rest have a positive correlation effect.Therefore,in view of the current situation,mode and influencing factors of Jilin's return home entrepreneurship,the provincial government should launch entrepreneurship education and training,improve the quality of migrant workers,actively introduce relevant preferential policies for entrepreneurship,strengthen financial and financial services,reduce the difficulty of loans,provide a good platform for entrepreneurship,actively carry out the Internet + entrepreneurship mode,do a good job of risk control for migrant workers' entrepreneurship,provide insurance subsidies for migrant workers' entrepreneurship,and effectively reduce the risk of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses.
