At present,the machinery manufacturing enterprises have been gradually changing their competition from product quality and price to the service level in the sales of equipment and spare parts.In addition,due to the rapid development of information network and logistics industry,in order to improve the market competitiveness and improve the service level of products,enterprises have strengthened the establishment of logistics and distribution system.And for the operation,maintenance,spare parts replacement and maintenance of the products of the machinery,the timely supply of service spare parts is an important guarantee for long-term stable operation of machinery manufacturing enterprises.However,the uncertainty of the demand for the spare parts,the high frequency of distribution and the variety of spare parts increase the difficulty of the logistics distribution and management of the spare parts.As a result,the stock of the spare parts of the machinery manufacturing enterprises is large,the logistics cost of the spare parts is rising and the customer satisfaction can not be effectively improved.Based on Performance-Based Contract(PBC)perspective,this paper optimizes Z company's service spare parts distribution process,including the following:(1)Literature review,this part analyzes the PBC model and the theory of service spare parts distribution;(2)Analysis of the status quo of Z company's service spare parts distribution process,and analysis of Z company's production background and service spare parts storage,in-warehouse management,sorting out of warehouse and spare parts return service procedure in the company's spare parts distribution process;(3)Research on optimization of service spare parts distribution process of Z company in PBC perspective.Based on the case studies,this study adopts the literature research method,the system analysis method and the ESIA analysis method.This study analyzes the company's overall operation distribution process,production storage process of service spare parts,the in-warehouse management process,the internal transfer process,stocktaking process,outbound process,sorting process,delivery process,return and rework process,and makes an optimization scheme;(4)Research on the guarantee factors of optimizing process implementation,the part mainly includes the implementation process of service spare parts distributionoptimization,the safeguard measures of service spare parts distribution process implementation and the service evaluation of the effect of spare parts delivery process.This article provides a reference for optimizing the spare parts distribution process of machinery manufacturing enterprises and improving the quality of delivery service.
