The financial sharing center has the characteristics of integrating resources,reducing operating costs,and improving work efficiency,which is the preferred choice for each company's financial management methods.Although China's financial sharing has gradually entered a mature stage,the focus of each company is mainly on how to reduce costs and improve work efficiency.There is not much emphasis on internal control.As a result,companies continue to have various problems such as information security,increased internal control risks,and weak internal environment.At this stage,China lacks research on the internal control of enterprises after the implementation of financial sharing,and cannot rely solely on foreign research to analyze Chinese enterprises.Based on this,it is of great significance to analyze and study the problems existing in the internal control of the enterprise after the implementation of the financial shared service center in China and propose an optimization plan.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars,this paper draws on the methods of data envelopment analysis and the corresponding financial data analysis to conduct in-depth research on the internal control of H enterprises after the construction of financial shared service centers.First of all,this paper analyzes the general situation of H enterprises and their construction and operation financial sharing service centers,and expounds the status quo of internal control of H enterprises after constructing financial shared service centers.Secondly,using the collected data,the overall efficiency of the internal control of H enterprises is analyzed.It is found that the efficiency of internal control of H enterprises is approximately effective and does not reach the best.At the same time,the results of the survey are combined with the questionnaires in the field survey to explore the problems and causes of the internal control of H enterprises.Finally,this paper proposes the internal control optimization path of H enterprise under financial sharing service: promote the “business integration” model,improve employee incentives;strengthen financial audit,strict management control,optimize document processing flow;optimize financial system settings and improve internal data usage.Efficiency;establish a risk warning information technology platform to improve risk awareness;adopt a diversified internal audit.Through the optimization of the internal control system of the existing operation system,the sustainable development of H enterprises can be realized,and the relevant enterprises for implementing the financial sharing center in China can also provide relevant reference for further optimization.
