Analysis And Countermeasures Of The Causes Of Re-poverty In Frontier Ethnic Areas

Along with the long history of poverty,poverty alleviation and development has always been the focus of China's rural work.Especially since the implementation of the national strategy of targeted poverty alleviation,a large number of rural people have been lifted out of poverty,and some achievements have been made in frontier ethnic areas such as yunnan.But as to build a well-off society in an all-round way of approaching,Chinese problem in yunnan frontier minority areas become a problem to be solved,in this paper,based on the frontier minority areas,in the process of the comprehensive analysis of the present poverty of yunnan engines,the cause of the problem of Chinese new mode analysis of all kinds of led to the adoption of Chinese phenomenon.This paper firstly presents the problems,discusses the reasons for selecting the topic and the significance of the research,and makes a simple analysis of the research status at home and abroad.On this basis,the policies,achievements and existing problems of poverty alleviation and development in China and yunnan province after the founding of PRC are summarized.Furthermore,the present situation and characteristics of poverty return in yunnan province are summarized as a whole,and the root causes of poverty return in yunnan province are analyzed from several aspects including "uncontrollable factors,government factors,social factors and personal factors".Firstly,in view of the uncontrollable factors,this paper puts forward the need to further accelerate the construction of infrastructure,improve various rescue mechanisms and focus on the regulation of bad customs.In view of government factors,it is necessary for the government to promote the reform of poverty alleviation work mechanism and innovate the way of poverty alleviation work.In terms of social factors,it is necessary to vigorously link social poverty alleviation forces and innovate joint participation channels of various poverty alleviation forces.Finally,in terms of personal factors,it is necessary to strengthen the self-capacity construction of the poor people and improve their backward and poor culture.Of course,there are still many theoretical and empirical issues to be studied in depth,such as how to set the economic measurement standards for the rural poor.
