The rapid development of the global economy has made the level of innovation capability a key factor in measuring national competitiveness.The intensification of technological innovation competition has stimulated more and more innovation activities,and the cooperation between innovation entities has evolved from a peer-to-peer relationship to a networked cooperative innovation.In the cluster innovation network,the upgrading of industrial clusters is inseparable from the improvement of the level of innovation in clusters.However,the level of innovation capability among cluster enterprises is different.In order to improve the overall innovation capability of clusters,the ability of innovation to communicate between enterprises plays an important role,and the innovation network provides a transmission channel for innovation capabilities.From the perspective of innovation network,the paper analyzes the relationship between the optimization of the transmission path of innovation capability and the upgrading of industrial clusters,then provides a theoretical basis for proposing measures to promote the upgrading of industrial cluster.Firstly,combining the research background and significance of this article,collecting and collating related domestic and foreign literature for the topic of the thesis,finalizing the core concepts and expounding the relevant theories,the domestic and foreign research status of cluster upgrade,innovation network,innovation capability transfer,and path optimization are analyzed.The paper introduces the research contents and methods,laying the foundation for constructing the conceptual model of the relationship between cluster innovation network innovation ability transfer path optimization and cluster upgrade impact and selecting evaluation index system.Secondly,it analyzes the cluster innovation network theory,cluster innovation transfer theory and cluster upgrade theory related literature,and explores the relationship between cluster innovation network and cluster innovation capability transmission path optimization and industrial cluster upgrade.Based on the characteristics of cluster innovation network,constructing a conceptual model of innovative network characteristics,the transmission of cluster innovation ability and industrial cluster upgrading.Then the research hypothesis is proposed.Simultaneously,the paper takes 38 software park industrial clusters such as Beijing,Tianjin and Zhejiang as research samples,and empirically analyzing the relationship between innovation capability transfer path optimization and cluster upgrade in the cluster innovation network.Finally,based on the fitness landscape theory,the fitness value of cluster innovation network characteristics is determined.According to the level of fitness value,the optimal path of innovation ability transmission is searched,which provides reference for proposing measures to promote industrial cluster upgrading.
