R company was established in 2002,mainly providing network security services,products and solutions for enterprises,governments and other industries.Due to the high barriers to entry and the low competitiveness,the company has rapidly developed into a benchmark in the industry.With the continuous development of the Internet economy and the continuous improvement and maturity of the industry,many competitors have emerged in the industry.The situation of a single big company has been broken.The market share of R Company in the industry is continuously decreasing,and the development of new industries There were also many obstacles.R Company showed signs of slower sales growth,unfavorable promotion of new products,and low operating efficiency.The company's advantages were gradually lost.For the company,how to break through the bottleneck of enterprise development has become an important issue for the survival and development of enterprises.This paper selects R company as the research object,describes and analyzes the sales management of R company,and then diagnoses the problems of the sales model,sales organization structure,personnel incentive and assessment,and process management of sales projects.Propose corresponding improvements.This paper attempts to analyze the problems of R company sales management and find out the main factors that hinder the company's development.At the same time,it innovatively combines the sales management of the enterprise with the theory of human motion,and proposes practical improvements.Provide ideas for enterprises to adjust their business strategies and speed up development.The paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,significance and thinking method of sales management diagnosis of R company.The second chapter is a theoretical review,expounding the relevant theoretical research on marketing,sales management and human movement system.The third chapter is the review of R company's development history and sales management.The fourth chapter is the problem diagnosis of the problems faced by the sales management.The failure of R company's sales organization structure,process management and performance appraisal system,etc.hinders the development of the enterprise.In chapter five,based on the diagnosis conclusion and the theory of human movement system,the improvement Suggestions and plans of sales management are proposed.Chapter 6 summarizes the effect of the sales management improvement and the key points of the implementation of the improvement plan.The last is the conclusion of the article.The combination of theory and practice in this paper has strong pertinence,practicability and operability of the research results,which has strong guiding significance and reference function for R company's sales management innovation and long-term development,and also has certain reference value for the sales management of other enterprises.
