Incentive is now an important content in enterprise human resources management system,along with the social progress and improve living standards and level of education generally rise,as a tool of human resource management,arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of employees work in,plays a very important role,to a large extent affect the future development of the enterprise.Especially for small and medium-sized private enterprises such as GM,a good incentive system is crucial to the survival and development of enterprises.How to motivate talents,stabilize talent team,and improve employee satisfaction and enthusiasm is a problem that enterprise managers must face and consider.From the current situation of enterprise human resources,this paper analyzes the present situation of yunnan province GM company affect employee motivation factors,using the dual factors theory,with the method of employee satisfaction survey,for GM,a total of 242 employees handed out questionnaires,and statistical analysis of survey results,from the overall analysis of the first employee in main problems of health factors and incentive factors,and then respectively in gender,age,culture level,the induction time under different demography variables,such as from two angles of health care factors and incentive factors,To find out the main problems in the health and motivation factors of GM employees under different demographic variables.Based on the results of this analysis,the source of the problem of employee motivation in GM was found,and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed in different stages.The purpose of this study is to further stimulate the work enthusiasm of employees in GM company and improve their work efficiency and satisfaction.Increase business performance for the enterprise.At the same time,it is hoped that the research conclusions and methods of this paper can also provide valuable reference for service enterprises facing the same problems in China.
