With the development of China's economy,the challenges that Chinese private enterprises encountered are increasing.Enterprise competitions are regarded as the competitions of talents.The role which Human Resource Management acts in enterprises becomes more and more important.The staff turnover,especially the salesman turnover,always stresses many enterprises.High salesman turnover rate will increase the cost of workforce,and take away the key customers,and then,influence the stability of staff and decrease enterprise performance.So how to increase salesman retention becomes the key of Human Resource Management in enterprises.This paper first analyses some literature and methods concerned with staff turnover,and then,detemines the research directions.Qingdao SH Co.is regarded as our study object,data is collected by using depth interview and questionnaire survey.Reasons of high salesman turnover rate are demonstrated in seven perspectives.The corresponding solutions are proposed.Decentralization and Participation in organizational decision can improve organizational structure.We also suggest that the leaders should give more support to their subordinates,and make an environment of good communication and cooperation.Improve the mechanism of salary,promotion and performance evaluation to make their staff feel fair and satisfying.Carry out benchmarking management and knowledge management from senior management to sales department,so that the strategic goals will be more specific,and the information and knowledge will be completely preserved.People can get some information of private enterprises salesman management from this paper,and the solutions we proposed have an instructive significance to private enterprises.
