In order to quickly adapt to the changing external environment,the identification and exploitation of opportunities has become a key way for enterprises to acquire and maintain their competitive advantage.Organizations gradually pay attention to the importance of entrepreneurship in enterprise establishment and development.If the company can internalize entrepreneurship into the organization,the organization will be able to successfully deal with any challenges brought up by the turbulent external environment.People no longer define entrepreneurship as a behavior outside the organization.Corporate entrepreneurship has gradually attracted the attention of management and scholars.Researches in entrepreneurship have found that entrepreneurs are the core elements of entrepreneurship,and entrepreneurs within the enterprise,that is,employee are considered to be the key to corporate entrepreneurship strategy.Research on employee intrapreneurial behavior is gradually emerging.There are many factors that have effect on employees' intrapreneurial behaviors.As an volunteerly exploratory career behavior of employees,leader-member exchange plays a key role in employees' pursuit of career success.After the research review of domestic and foreign literatures,based on career construction theory,this study explores the influence of leader-member exchange(LMX)on employees' intrapreneurial behaviors(IB).And this study try to find out the effect of intrapreneurial behaviors,as the volunteerly exploratory career behaviors in organization,on employee career success.Creative self-efficacy may play as moderator between leader-member exchange(LMX)and intrapreneurial behavior(IB).A theory model is build up on leader-member exchange(LMX),intrapreneurial behaviors(IB),career success and creative self-efficacy and the corresponding hypotheses are proposed.First,after clear definition of employee intrapreneurial behavior,the first-hand and the second-hand information was obtained and a new scale of employee intrapreneurial behavior is developed by using content analysis.For other variables in the model,we use the scales which were well developed and broadly used.After data collecting 289 samples by questionnaire,SPSS23.0,Amos23.0 and Process3.0 was used to do the data analysis.The theoretical model is verified and the research conclusion is finally obtained.The research finds:(1)Leader-member exchange was positively related to employee intrapreneurial behavior.(2)Employee intrapreneurial behaviors was positively related to employee career success.(3)Creative self-efficacy positively moderate the relationship between leader-member exchange and employee intrapreneurial behaviors(4)Creative self-efficacy positively moderate the mediating effect of employee intrapreneurial behavior between leader-member exchange and career success.
