China's pharmaceutical industry started late,the foundation is poor,especially in the new drug research and development approval and industrialization efficiency with the international pharmaceutical enterprises there is a big gap.HD pharma's online products are all generic drugs.With the deepening of China's medical reform and the emphasis on and support for pharmaceutical innovation,the r&d and innovation of new drugs have become an important strategy for the future development of the company.In this paper,through literature research,questionnaire survey method and instance analysis method for HD pharmaceutical company's research and development,analyzing the present situation and problems of innovation system and combining with the industry,and analyzes and sums up the development strategy of fuzzy,inadequate investment,innovation mode single,achievement conversion efficiency is low,and project process control is weak in five aspects of the main problem.Then based on the research and development of management theory and the theory of innovation management,according to the characteristics and the cause of the problem,according to the characteristics of the HD pharmaceutical company,put forward the system optimization strategy,the strategic status of research and development innovation,perfecting the internal innovation projects depth excavation and external target introduced and various strategic resources integration project project design,improved by platform,academician workstation,postdoctoral workstation segment based innovation platform design,to research and development at the same time,the optimization design system of talent cultivating and building,And from the research and development investment,organizational structure,incentive system,evaluation system and organizational culture five dimensions to establish a strong safeguard measures.This paper makes a systematic analysis of the r&d system of HD pharmaceutical company,and puts forward specific system optimization measures,which has an important practical effect on HD pharmaceutical company itself and a certainreference for other pharmaceutical companies to improve their innovation system.
