Research On Optimization Of Technical Project Management System Of DJZQ Company

In the development of China's economy into the new normal,many manufacturing companies are experiencing mergers and acquisitions.Optimization of management system after merger and acquisition is the key to long-term development of enterprises.This paper selects the domestic motor manufacturing enterprise the DJZQ company that has completed a reorganization,focus on the optimization of enterprise technical project management system,deeply analysis the weaknesses and problems of the enterprise technical project management system after the reorganization,develop a set of technical project management system suitable for the existing objective conditions.In this paper,we use the DJZQ company's technical project management system as the research object,focusing on the company's technical project management system optimization.First of all,analyze the related theories and technical literatures of the domestic and foreign related technical management system.Lay the theoretical foundation for the optimization of DJZQ's technical project management system.Secondly,through the investigation and study,this paper introduces the actual situation of DJZQ company that have experienced mergers and acquisitions and the technical project management which been remain used from organizational structure,power responsibility gain settings,development process,and analyzes the present situation of the technical project management system in the company's development process.Again,optimizes the DJZQ company's technical management system from three aspects: the reorganization of the technical management structure,the optimization of the technical project development process and the reconstruction of the rights and interests of the technical management personnel and analyses the feasibility of the management system optimized.Puts forward the organizational structure of the matrix type project management personnel,the project management system based on the combination of vertical and horizontal,and the management innovation based on the task control development process.Finally,for the optimization of the technical project management system,the paper puts forward feasible measures at the points of strengthen the construction of talent reserve,optimize performance appraisal system,strengthen the construction of enterprise culture to ensure the implementation of the system.
