After years of development,China's sheet metal industry currently has more than 30,000 production enterprises and workshops,and is an important economic industry.However,in general,the domestic sheet metal industry started late,the scale of enterprises is generally small,the market concentration is low,the production and technical personnel are scarce,and the core competitiveness of enterprises is generally lacking.The Homogenization competition is very fierce.The electronic communication sheet metal processing industry is an important sub-sector in the sheet metal industry.The downstream electronic communication industry is a strategic industry,and the country has always attached great importance.In order to guide the development of the electronic communication industry,a large number of industry support policies,such as 4G,5G communication technology network construction,Industrial 4.0 intelligent manufacturing,industrial Internet of Things and other concepts and policy support will further promote the vigorous development of the electronic communication industry.However,sheet metal processing has the processes of spraying,blackening,electroplating,etc.,which will be affected by environmental protection policies.Labor shortage and labor cost increase have a greater impact on sheet metal processing and production.In addition,the market demand trend is mass customization,so the flexible production will be a significant technical feature.For sheet metal processing enterprises,there are many opportunities and challenges.This paper takes the strategic problem of an electronic communication cabinet company as the research object,and uses the SWOT model as the main analysis tool to analyze the company from the perspective of internal and external environment,identify the advantages and disadvantages of the company,and the opportunities and threats it faces.After conducting a comprehensive analysis,the company conducted some discussions on the company's development strategy direction and model.This article is divided into five major parts.The first part mainly expounds the research background,research purpose and research significance of this paper,and lists some relevant research status at home and abroad,and explains the content and research methods of this paper.The second part mainly analyzes the external competition environment in which the research object is located;Part of it is to sort out the status quo of the internal resources of the research object;the fourth part uses the SWOT model analysis tool to comprehensively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the research object,the opportunities and threats,and propose the strategic development plan suitable for the research object.Other small and medium-sized private manufacturing enterprises facing similar situations provide ideas for reference;the fifth part proposes strategic implementation suggestions based on the previous research and analysis.
