In the wave of deepening the reform of our country economy, the small and micro enterprises can be called an important foundation for the development of the society and the national economy, is an important channel for entrepreneurship, and to increase revenue, expanding employment, improving people's livelihood, state tax, the market economy and promote stability and has played an irreplaceable role. The number of small and micro enterprises will continue to increase as the process of deepening the reform of the national economy, the scale is constantly expanding. So many small and micro enterprises, their living condition is what kind of? According to statistics,80% of small and micro enterprises in the start-up period of two years to close down. The author thinks that the neglect of enterprise development strategy and the non standardization of internal management are the main reasons for the failure of the enterprise. Through the research on the development strategy of SS company, this paper tries to solve the development strategy of SS company, on the other hand, it provides reference for the survival and development of other small and micro enterprises.The first chapter is the introduction, first on the research background, research significance were expounded, and then puts forward some common problems and the definition method of the strategic management process in Small and micro businesses, finally explains the main research contents, research ideas and methods of this thesis; the second chapter, the general application of PEST model to analyze the enterprise external environment the wind pipe is introduced, the current development of the industry, and using the five forces model to analyze the competitive environment of the industry; the third chapter, the main problem encountered in the development process of SS, the company's development status and development in the process of SS, the company's organizational structure, enterprise culture, enterprise resource, capability and core competitiveness analysis is made out. Range; the fourth chapter, through the analysis of Small and micro businesses can apply the strategy and strategy formulation principle, through the SWOT analysis of the development strategy of SS company; the fifth chapter, according to the implementation of Small and micro businesses strategic principle, from four stages to the implementation of the strategy, the final conclusion and prospect.This paper uses literature research method, field survey method and environment analysis and a series of research methods of SS company external environment was analyzed with PEST analysis, industry environment were five forces model analysis, SWOT analysis of the internal and external environment, and finally summarizes the SS corporate vision and mission are "become Chinese wind pipe industry leaders" and "focus on wind pipe industry, to provide customers with competitive ventilation to solve the programs and services", determine the enterprise strategy as "the leading cost strategy".In this paper, the emphasis on strategy and the implementation of the strategy is the prerequisite for the rapid development of small and micro enterprises in China. As an important part of the national economy, we hope that the small and micro enterprises can have a long-term stable development strategy and the implementation of the measures.
