Changes in the market environment have placed increasing demands on companies.More companies are aware that only multi-organizational collaboration can meet the growing needs of customers.In the logistics industry,multi-party synergy is also indispensable.The joint activity of the rail-truck transport also needs to improve its own competitiveness.Therefore,it is meaningful to do further research in the rail-truck transport.Certain significance for the operation of the Union Rail is a transportation mode that can realize door-to-door service in integrated transportation.Diverse type of companies can complement each other and meet the different requirements of many customers as soon as possible.The rail-truck transport service system can be regarded as a typical inter-organizational cooperative service.In order to achieve the same purpose,the multi-participants will carry out a series of work in an orderly manner by means of information technology.The quality of coordination among the participants in the rail-truck transport directly affects the efficiency of the implementation of the rail-truck transport.Based on this research background,this paper focuses the research points of the evaluation of the synergy degree of rail-truck transportation.Through the evaluation of the degree of synergy,the status of the coordination of rail-truck transport can be understood,which can provide a basis for optimization.This paper firstly sorts out the existing business process of rail-truck transport while using time-constrained workflow to model the business processes of the participating parties of the rail-truck transport,besides,this paper uses the database models of workflow to collect the time information which is generated after the operation of the business process,according to the time-constrained of the definition in the TCWF-net,manipulating date generated after the operation of the business process and collecting the new data set.Secondly,there are three collaborative modes are proposed,which is based on the synergy theory.According the characteristics of the three modes and historical data stored in data base of workflow,the overall collaborative business process of the rail-truck transport was established.The established collaborative business process is also verified by the schedulability verification method of the time-constrained workflow network to ensure the correct time con-straints of the activities(library)in the process;finally,following the scientific indicator establishment principle to establish the evaluation system of the synergy degree of rail-truck transport,and the membership degree of evaluation indicators are determined by using historical data and time-constraint set,then combined with the weight of evaluation indicators,the evaluation results of the synergy degree of the business process of rail-truck transport are calculated.The research shows that after collecting the information of the operation time of the three rail-truck transport,performing the dimensionless treatment according to the characteristics of different indicators,the evaluation results of the coordination degree of the business process of the rail-truck transport are calculated.The results show that the current synergy degree of public rail transport is good,and there is still room for improvement;the main body synergy is excellent,indicating that the participating entities actively cooperate with the overall logistics service;the degree of synergy between information and resources is also at a good level.The addition of new information technology can reach a better level;but the evaluation results of mechanism synergy degree are only in the middle,which may lead to the lower trust between participants,in order to improve trust,participants should establish strategies and the alliance's relationship to carry out more long-term cooperation.
