| The logistics industry is an important industry with the characteristics of basic and strategic which supports the development of the national economy. Its roles are mainly reflected in optimizing the industrial structure, changing the economic development model and enhancing regional competitiveness. With the development of a global economy, logistics industry must aim at establishing a global supply chain system, and create a logistics cluster with integrated supply chain services by collecting and integrating production resources. In order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand in the logistics market, the waste problem caused by extensive operation, and the demand for integrated supply chain services, the government decides to carry out the construction of the logistics park nationwide. But in view of the imperfect theoretical guidance and biased perceptions of the market have limited the construction of logistics parks. At the same time, the significant economic benefits and social benefits generated by the development of logistics clusters have attracted more and more attention. Therefore, this paper studies the formation mechanism, evolution mechanism and evolution characteristics of the logistics cluster, strives to provide a scientific and effective basis for the development direction, the coordination development mechanism and the industry development policy.Firstly, the existing research analyzes the formation mechanism of logistics clusters from different perspectives, but most of the research only summarizes the law through cases, and the model research is relatively rare. Therefore, the cluster formation process is divided into horizontal symbiosis, vertical symbiosis and cross-symbiosis from the perspective of symbiosis theory in this paper.Based on the principle of maximizing corporate profits,a costbased model is constructed for the symbiotic gathering, which compensates for the lack of model analysis in most existing studies.Through the game analysis,it is shown that whether it is horizontal symbiosis or vertical symbiosis, logistics enterprises can form a specialized division of labor and deepen communication between them through geographical integration which can reduce the operating cost. The logistics enterprises and clusters get greater economy which in turn promote the formation of clusters. Then, this paper introduces the industry life cycle theory and constructs the logistic growth curve model to analyze the evolution path of logistics cluster. The results show that the evolution of the cluster has experienced the "germination-growth-mature-recession" cycle which shows the stage characteristics.By the improved logistics cluster identification model, this paper completes the quantitative analysis of the cluster, and uses the spatial statistical analysis method to explore the global and local characteristics of the logistics cluster in the evolution process. Finally, this paper conducts an empirical analysis of China’s logistics clusters.Using panel data to reveal the evolution path of logistics clusters in 31 provinces and regions, the results show that the concentration of agglomeration in various economic regions is increasing, and the level of logistics agglomeration in each province has significant spatial correlation.Besides, the overall trend of convergence is convergence. The spatial panel measurement model is constructed from the perspective of regional association, and the influencing factors and spatial spillover effects of logistics cluster evolution are analyzed. The results show that the level of logistics agglomeration and industrial development, highway traffic advantage and consumption demand have significant spatial spillover effects. The first three are positive spatial spillover effects to promote logistics agglomeration in the region, and the last one is negative space spillover to obstacle the development of the logistics industry. |
