At present,SMEs occupy a very important position in our national economy and play an increasingly important role in promoting social and economic development,increasing residents' income,narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor,promoting social innovation and promoting social employment.In addition,SMEs have also played an increasingly important role in optimizing allocation of market resources,promoting exports and raising tax revenue.Compared with large enterprises,SMEs have flexible management and low barriers to entry,which can effectively meet the development trend of market competition.However,on the other hand,the rapid development of SMEs will undoubtedly bring a series of internal corporate tax risk issues.Mainly reflected in the heavy tax burden on SMEs,the tax risk awareness of the enterprise within the crisis is not strong,most businesses to "extensive" mode of operation and management,did not attach importance to the tax risks of enterprises,resulting in a variety of tax-related risks occur.A lot of SMEs in the M region.In the course of economic development in M region,SMEs played an important role in quantity,employment and tax payment.However,at present,the regional industry generally faces serious tax risks and has a huge impact on the enterprises.How to strengthen tax risk management has become an unavoidable problem in the survival and development of SMEs in M region.Based on this background,this paper studies the tax risk management of SMEs in M region.It mainly discussed and analyzed the tax risks of SMEs.By analyzing the causes of the problems,it proposed some solutions and strategies to help the SMEs in the region to effectively control and reduce tax risks,so that the enterprises can achieve healthy development.
