Research On Key Influencing Factors Of G Province Interconnection Platform Implementing Risk Management

With the accelerating process of informationization in China,how to identify and implement effective management and control of key risk factors in the implementation of the interconnection platform has become the main problem facing the implementation of the current interconnection platform project.This paper collects,organizes and studies the theoretical results of project risk management,and combines the specific examples of the G Province interconnection platform,through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,firstly uses the Delphi method to find out the risk management of the G provincial interconnection platform.The key influencing factors;secondly,the analytic hierarchy process is used to explore the ten key risk factors affecting the implementation of the G-provincial interoperability platform.Finally,t the interpretative structural modeling method is applied to establish the interpretative structural model for implementing the risk management of the G-provincial interoperability platform,and the analysis of the model is made clear.The structural relationship between the key influencing factors.In the research,the knowledge of PMBOK risk management is taken as the theoretical basis,and combined with the specific practice of the G Province Interconnection Platform Project,the risk management in the platform implementation process is systematically analyzed and studied.The contents and results of the research are as follows:(1)Identify ten key risks: C2 leadership decision risk,C6 indicator system risk,C3 vested interest risk,C4 project target risk,C7 system development risk,C1 policy risk,C8 human resource risk C14 information security risk,C5 cost risk,C13 system use risk(2)The key influencing factor model of G provincial interconnection platform risk management is a five-layer structural model.Leadership decision risk is the most important factor affecting the success of the platform project.The most direct factors,among which information security risk,human resource risk,and system use risk are at the bottom,are the deepest risk influencing factors.(3)Research on key risk factors and propose corresponding risk management solutions.In summary,the thesis applies quantitative and qualitative methods to study the relationship between the key influencing factors of risk management of the G provincial interconnection platform project,and proposes solutions and countermeasures for key risk factors based on the interpretation of the structural model.The construction of the interoperability platform provides some practical suggestions and references.
