The Research Of Optimization For Filling Production Line In Company N Basing On Lean Six Sigma Method

With the economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology,the production scale of enterprises is expanding,production line is more and more complex,so it is only able to according the change of market,the rapid provides the high quality product,improve the production efficiency and reduce production cost for the pharmaceutical enterprise,it will be possible to remain competitive and get a better development.Lean Six Sigma is the advanced management methods is the will combine “lean speed” and “six sigma quality”,not only improve the production efficiency but also control the quality.It has become one of the main effective measures to solve its production problem in the enterprise.In this paper,the author studied the optimization scheme of filling assembly production in company N,including the optimization of assembly process,the optimization of personnel and technological parameter.According to the process of DMAIC in Six Sigma.Firstly,confirm the members of improvement team,the purpose of the improvement and to do the project plan.Secondly,basic on time measurement methods to measure the assembly time,analyze the behavior of operation and product problem in production process.Use the method of industrial engineer to confirm the quick improvement project.Brainstorming method is used to find the problem in production line,rate what its impact and confirm the key factor of influence.In the improvement phase,the statistical tool and design of experiment are used to optimize the filling production line in company N,assign available people resources,reduce production cost,improve the production efficiency and finish improvement purpose.Finally,evaluate the improvement effect and make a production control later.After the final comparison of the production data,the optimization efficiency of production line has been significantly improve,reduce work intensity and improve the quality of products.It indicating that the above method is effective in practical applications.Therefore,the research work in this paper has some reference significance for analysis and optimization in production line,and can provide good economic benefits for the related enterprise.
