A Study On Synergetic Development Of Xiong'an New District And Surrounding Areas Based On Synergetic Theory

Under the background of the new economic normalization,the Belt and Road Initiative strategy,the synergistic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the expansion of opening up to the outside world,the construction of Xiong'an New District fits the development of background of the times and the national strategic demand.Promoting the synergistic development of Xiong'an New District and its surrounding areas which is important for comprehensively deepening the synergistic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,forming new economic agglomerations and building a new benchmark for China's regional synergistic development.The research of this subject is not only conducive to enrich the theoretical knowledge of synergy in regional synergistic development and provide relevant reference materials for relevant theoretical research,but also it has the certain practical significance of promoting the synergistic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the synergistic development of the national-level new district and surrounding areas.The synergistic development of Xiong'an New District and surrounding areas must highlight the its main position and clarify the functional orientation of surrounding cities.The build of synergistic development system between Xiong'an New Area and surrounding areas should be based on the above conclusion.This paper uses the entropy weight and principal component analysis to empirically analyze the synergistic development level and influencing factors of the synergistic development of Xiong'an New Area and surrounding areas,meanwhile that explore the root causes of deep-level influence on synergistic development,including the lag of the development of Xiong'an New Area,the siphon effect of core city,the imbalanced development of inter-region,the slowness of promotion and implementation of the top-level design and the deviation of the development goals and the imperfection of the mechanism,Which could provide references for the synergistic development of Xiong'an New Area and surrounding areas.The ways of this paper include normative analysis method,empirical analysis method,document analysis and systematic analysis methods.Based on the analysis ofapplied scientific methods and synergistic theory,regional synergistic development should be promoted by the measures,which includes construction of top level of regional synergy,scientific functional position of synergistic subject,speeding up the synergistic development of key influencing factors in process of Xiong'an New Area and surrounding areas development.At the same time,it should ensure the synergy of various systems to promote comprehensive development.In addition,the government's guidance and market adjustment functions should play a pivotal role.The effectiveness of the safeguard mechanism should also play an essential value.Only in this way can those measures ensure the synergistic development of the Xiong'an New Area and the surrounding areas in economy,industry,society and ecological environment.
