Research On The Synergistic Effect Of Ping An Insurance Group Based On Synergistic Perspective

With the rapid development of the market economy and the changes in internal and external environment,many insurance groups have expanded the scale of the group and the business scope through the expansion of the market and business. Diversification is the main mode of the large insurance group in China,can make full use of the internal advantages and resources of the enterprise,developing different business within the group, creating a coordinated management of different business opportunities for managers,so as to reduce the cost and risk, to play the effect of cooperative development. But in practice,diversified business enterprise often has no significant effect on the cooperative effect, reducing the overall operating performance of the group. How to achieve corporate synergy, play the inherent advantages of diversification and maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises, is currently need to be solved. Ping An insurance group is the world’s top 500 enterprises, and the most successful domestic diversified insurance group. Ping An insurance group will serve as a model study, through the analysis, it concludes that the cooperative development of Ping An insurance group in the business process is not balanced, from five sources of synergistic effect, analysis of the existing problems about synergistic effect in Ping An insurance group, to provide suggestions and references for the diversified operation of other insurance companies in China.In this paper,comb and sum up the domestic and foreign research literature,and expound the concepts and theories involved; and use of system theory and resource-based view,Ping An insurance group will be divided into system performance subsystem, resource sharing subsystem and resource complementary subsystem,through the establishment of a coordination model, analysis of the coordination between the subsystem of Ping An insurance group,the results show that the degree of cooperation with the insurance group system rise over time, the degree of cooperation between the three subsystems showed a rising trend, but compared with the resource complementary,resource sharing need to be improved, group there is a problem of unbalanced development;then through comprehensive evaluation of synergistic effect of Ping An insurance group,resources sharing subsystem and resource complementary subsystem play a relatively weak synergies;at last,for the existing problems, on the basis of summing up the previous, put forward suggestions about how to improve synergistic effect of Ping An insurance group,providing a reference for the improvement of synergistic effect of domestic diversified insurance group in China.
