| With the acceleration of urbanization,the increases of urban population and economic development have generated a large demand for urban land.On the premise of limited land resources,optimizing land use structure,rational allocation of land input factors,and improving land use efficiency are of great significance for the development of Wuhan Metropolitan Area.This thesis constructed the index system under the background of new urbanization and used the SBM model and SBM-undesirable model of data envelopment analysis method to quantitatively measure the land use efficiency of Wuhan Metropolitan Area.Then,the comparative analysis of land use efficiency values under different land use efficiency evaluation criteria was analyzed.This paper further analyzes the changes of land use efficiency in urban time and its spatial distribution characteristics.Finally,it discusses the causes of urban land use inefficiency and the potential for improvement.After research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The evaluation index system constructed from the connotation requirements of new urbanization can more accurately and scientifically reflect the land use efficiency of each city and the difference between them;(2)The land use efficiency of showed a ―V‖ shape change in 2006-2016.The land use coefficient of variation decreased after 2010,and the difference in land use efficiency between cities gradually narrowed,indicating that the coordination of urban development has improved..From the perspective of each city alone,the change in land use efficiency in most cities is also in line with this trend,but the magnitude of the specific efficiency fluctuations and the years in which the changes occur are different;(3)The land-use-invalid city is divided into three types according to the efficiency value,which is relatively efficient,relatively moderate,and relatively inefficient.Through the spatial distribution map,it can be found that,in the early stage,the effective land use in the early stage is mainly distributed on the axis of symmetry.Invalid cities are distributed on both sides of the north and south;in the later stage,except for the Huangshi,the land use efficiency of other cities are all 1.(4)Most cities with ineffective land use have excess factor input,insufficient effective output,or excessive undesired output.Finally,according to the characteristics of land use efficiency and the analysis of invalid causes,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed. |
