Nowadays,the survival and development of any enterprise are in an era of rapid changes and opportunities and challenges.The survival of the fittest is synonymous with the survival of enterprises in the cruel market environment.It is also a society that emphasizes organizational performance.A problem urgent to solve for enterprise management is how the managers make correct management decisions,integrate corporate development goals and employee development goals and form a strong synergy to promote the improvement of corporate organizational performance,thereby sustainably developing in the competition and challenges.In this paper,Wuhan Frasergen Bioinformatic co.,LTD.,a science and technology service enterprise in the growth stage.Through the combination of literature research and experience summary,and collate statistics,comprehensive analysis and inductive comparison to the collected data,having a comprehensive and systematical understanding of the internal and external environment,history and development status of the research objects.Analyzing the problems existing in the company’s current enterprise management decision-making and the resulting organizational performance in combination with detailed data and charts,there comes a conclusion is that the consciousness and level of decision making have an important guiding effect on the management of organizational performance.On this basis,the enterprise management decision-making system is reconstructed,finding that the key points that the decision management system needs to follow are the definition of decision-making problem,the application of decision-making rights,the response of decision-making situations,the definition of the decision-making bottom line and the control of decision-making risk.And through the reconstruction of the company’s decision-making system,the objectives and functional positioning of the management decision-making system,how to build the system and the decision-making workflow are determined.
