Since the implementation of the policy of reform and opening to the outside world in the late 1970 s,great changes have taken place in both economic system and social structure,and economic and social development has made a qualitative leap.The original planned economic system was broken and replaced by socialist market economic system with Chinese characteristics.After nearly half a century of development,most of private enterprises,especially family enterprises,have made rapid progress and become more and more important in social economy.Nowadays,scale of family businesses is increasing and the market competition is more intense.Extensive management mode,lack of people-oriented concept and lack of attention to talent,have become stumbling blocks to further expand and strengthen family business.Many entrepreneurs are fully aware of this,but because of the backward management concept and unsound incentive mechanism,employees' enthusiasm for work is not high and the rate of brain drain is rising.Therefore,it is of great significance for the continuous and healthy development of family enterprises to establish effective enterprise incentive measures to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees and improve their initiative and innovation.This paper took Chenhong company as the research object,which was a small and medium-sized family businesses.Through extensive investigation and collection of data,combined with the actual situation of the company on the basis of theoretical research,the current incentive measures of the company are diagnosed and analyzed,and the existing problems and causes of the incentive measures are found.From material incentives and spiritual incentives,the existing incentive mechanism of Chenhong is sorted out and redesigned.Through the redesign of the incentive system,we hoped that it could effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of the employees,increase the sense of belonging and identity of the employees,improve the management of the human resources of the company,and provide the guarantee for the sustainable development of the company.
