In recent years,China's small and medium-sized enterprises have developed rapidly.Due to the slowdown of the world economy,the decrease of foreign market demand,the structural adjustment of the domestic economy and the increasing market competition,the small and medium-sized enterprises are facing enormous pressure of survival and development.In order to gain development space in the fierce market competition,enterprise managers attach great importance to the internal management of enterprises,strengthen human resources excavation,stimulate staff enthusiasm,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.How to arouse staff's enthusiasm and arouse initiative has become the concern of managers.This paper takes A company as the research object and makes a systematic research on the employees incentive problems.By means of questionnaire survey and literature analysis,the existing incentive measures are analyzed,and the effect of incentive measures is studied,and the problems such as the single mode of enterprise employee motivation,the lack of salary and welfare,the imperfect training are found out.On the basis of incentive theory and the reality of the enterprise,this paper constructs a new incentive program for employees.In the construction of incentive program,according to the principle of fair work and practical feasibility,the incentive program of salary,welfare,spiritual motivation,staff training and employee career planning is redesigned.In the implementation of the incentive program,basing on guideline of individual needs and combination of different incentives,the implementation steps of the project are designed,and the main key problems in implementation are put forward.According to the actual situation of the enterprise,the guarantee measures are put forward in the aspects of organization,technology and outlay.This paper uses a combination of theoretical and empirical methods,to establish incentive program for A company,hopes to provide effective help for the A company's employee incentive,also expects to provide reference for other medium-sized enterprises employees incentive.
