In the 21 st century,with the intensification of population aging,the problem of old and urban residents ' pension in China is becoming more and more severe,and it is still an urgent problem in the field of old age to coordinate urban and rural development and narrow the widening urban-rural In the transitional period,the differentiated urban and rural insurance system has eased the problem of urban residents ' old-age care to a certain extent,but neglected the old-age problems of the rural elderly and further precipitated the pattern of the dual segmentation of urban and rural areas.How to solve the problem of rural residents ' old-age care under the policy requirement of co-construction and sharing has become a new difficulty concerned by the national social Security.Aiming at the new difficult problem of old age,the whole country has carried out active exploration,from the implementation of rural endowment insurance and the development of new rural basic endowment insurance to the unified development path of urban and rural residents ' old-age insurance,the government's concern for urban and rural residents ' pension problem is focused on as far as possible to the integration and fairness of development.The unified old-age insurance for urban and rural residents is designed to protect all urban and rural residents who do not have a fixed job or source of income,and 19 reports propose to provide strong old-age security for urban and rural residents,so that urban and rural residents "elderly and old."The survey result of urban and rural residents ' satisfaction with the current pension situation is an important index to measure the old-age insurance system,and through the investigation of the situation of farmers ' participation in pension insurance for urban and rural residents and the analysis of the factors affecting the satisfaction of the elderly,It is concluded that the current effect of the old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents and the controllable factors that have a significant impact on the problem of old age.According to the different influencing factors,this makes a scientific evaluation of the development status of urban and rural residents ' endowment insurance,and also provides valuable and operable suggestions for the implementation,regulation and development of the system.This paper mainly studies the coverage status and controllable influencing factors of urban and rural residents ' pension insurance farmers,defines the specific connotation of old-age satisfaction of urban and rural residents,and reviews the development course and realistic situation of urban and rural residents ' endowment insurance system in recent years,including the defects of urban and rural residents ' endowment insurance system,and the feasibility suggestions for improvement.Secondly,this paper analyzes the actual guarantee situation of the endowment insurance system in Shandong Province from the aspects of the development course and policy effect of the insurance system,analyzes the implementation status including the new rural social endowment insurance,the urban residents ' old-age insurance and the urban and rural residents ' endowment insurance in the form of consulting the literature,and further analyzes the main problems and main influencing factors Then,taking the Taian of Shandong Province as a sample,this paper investigates the actual situation of farmers ' participation in the form of questionnaire survey,and according to the results of the questionnaire,it mainly shows how farmers know the old-age insurance system of urban and rural residents,the degree of understanding of the system and participate in the payment grade.Finally,according to the investigation and analysis results,the paper puts forward some feasible suggestions to improve farmers ' coverage rate.
