In recent years,the No.1 National Document has always encouraged agricultural development,and financial services should gradually tilt towards agriculture.Innovative technology and finance are the key and core elements of sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas in the world today.The development of agriculture and countryside in China can not be separated from the support of agricultural innovative technology.The introduction,imitation,independent research and development of agricultural technology,as well as the diffusion and adoption of advanced agricultural technology require a lot of human,material and financial resources,especially a lot of financial support.If the rural financial system can effectively play its function of financial support and technology screening,it will be conducive to gathering scattered and small funds in rural areas,providing initial costs for the diffusion of new technologies,guiding the path and quality of agricultural technology innovation through the effective allocation of funds,providing financial support for the diffusion and adoption of Agricultural Technology in the field of agricultural production,and promoting agricultural technology.Rapid progress of surgery.Agricultural innovation technology diffusion and adoption process mainly involves agriculture-related enterprises and farmers,but as a whole,agriculture-related enterprises pay more attention to technology diffusion and farmers pay more attention to technology adoption.Based on the above background,this study will review the relevant domestic and foreign research trends and research in Yangling Agricultural Demonstration Zone and its surrounding areas.It will study the current situation of financial support in the process of diffusion of innovative technology at the level of agricultural enterprises,and in the process of adoption of innovative technology at the level of farmers,respectively.Using the econometric analysis model,Logistic model and ISM model,it will reveal the current situation of financial support in the process of adoption of innovative technology.It shows the main influencing factors and structural levels of financial support on the diffusion of agricultural enterprises and the adoption of new technologies by farmers,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through empirical analysis,the paper concludes that there are six factors that significantly affect the financial level of innovation technology diffusion of agricultural enterprises.In the past three years,the average loan,the number of loans,the number of financial institutions and the level of loan interest rate are the surface direct factors,which directly affect the technology diffusion of enterprises.Banking procedures and insurance amount are deep-rooted factors,and technology diffusion is influenced by direct factors on the surface.In addition,there are eight financial factors that significantly affect farmers' adoption of innovative technology diffusion.Among them,whether there is financial knowledge going to the countryside,the number of loans and the amount of agricultural insurance are the direct factors on the surface,and other factors affect farmers' adoption of innovative technology through them;the distance from financial institutions,whether there are guarantors,the level of loan interest rate and banking procedures are the indirect factors,which will affect the direct factors on the surface;the credit of farmers is the deep-rooted factor,and they will influence farmers' adoption of innovative technology.Secondly,it affects the indirect factors in the middle,then the direct factors in the surface,and finally the adoption of innovative technology by farmers.
