The Evaluation Study Of The Business Mode For Technological Innovation And Entrepreneurship Enterprises

With the continuous development of China's business,business models have received more and more attention.Since the slogan of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" was put forward in 2014,many innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises have tried to carry out business model innovation revolving around their scientific and technological innovation products in order to develop rapidly.However,the research on the evaluation of business model mainly focuses on traditional enterprises,and does not distinguish between the large enterprises and the innovative enterprises;the evaluating model is usually biased to the academic and lack of practicality.Because of its initial,small and micro characteristics,innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises are different from traditional enterprises,such as paying more attention to the niche market and its sustainable growth,the long-term profitability,and easy to be imitated.These all lead to the evaluation of the business model which is proposed by a different angle of view.This dissertation gives a detailed review of the domestic and foreign scholars' discussion on business model definition and the evaluation of business model.On this basis,the dissertation creatively analyzes the logic behind the business model by using the business model canvas,combines the theory of lean entrepreneurship to construct the evaluation model of the business model of the enterprise oriented to technology innovation enterprise.The evaluation model consists of three dimensions of customer,ability and profit.Then we carry out the model with practical cases for empirical study.Compared with the traditional business model evaluation and the business model canvas,the business model evaluation model proposed in this dissertation focuses on the scientific and technological innovation enterprise.The industry competition,user flow first and other reality are taken into account.It fits the business developing situation under the background of "double creation" in China.This study can provide a reference method for the evaluation of business models in real business activities and the related theoretical researches.
