The past 20 years is the era of consumer Internet because the Internet has changed the behavior of consumers.But the next 20 years is the spring of the industry,each industry is to be changed by the internet.In the form of case,this paper mainly discussed that in the face of the fierce competition environment,high operating costs of enterprises,and lack of profitability,investment environment worsening and so on many difficulties,"Food Jianghu" which started as with the food o2 o of consumption areas has constantly looking for blue ocean market,from the field of consumer Internet restructuring to join the Internet industry,and gradually optimize the business model to seek the difficult process of survival and development,since the end of 2013.Firstly,this author introduce the literature research method to study the market structure theory,the cross network effect theory,the network externality theory,the blue ocean strategy core tool and the frame,the business model innovation related theory.From point of view of the optimization of the value curve depicting value innovation process of "Food Jianghu",from business model of the nine elements of food all corners of the country and its competitors operating mode and profit mode to carry on the system analysis,and summarizes how the blue ocean market search and business model design method to establish the trade barriers.The author tells a story of "Food Jianghu" by the method of interviews,case law.Then the author analyzes the case by the theory of blue ocean strategy and business model of the nine elements.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to "Internet plus" wave of entrepreneurship,the use of blue ocean strategy,business model and the extension of the theory of nine elements of content,provide the feasible direction of the small Internet business enterprise business transformation and the feasible path of business model innovation.In this paper the author point out the problems and solutions of each stage of the business model,and it is of great significance for small and micro Internet enterprise to cope with the situation of business transformation. |
