As a pillar industry of China's national economy,the real estate industry has experienced rapid growth in the rapid storm since 2000.However,the rapid development path of the real estate industry in the past decade has basically changed so far.How to find new opportunities under the new situation has become a major challenge.A real estate development corporation which was established in 2007.After a few years of rapid development,it has a considerable scale and enjoys a high reputation in the Pearl River Delta,but after 2015,due to changes in market environment and policies,With the continuous improvement of industry concentration,the traditional business model of the company has been greatly impacted,and the enterprise has reached a crossroads,and the company is facing unprecedented transformation pressure.This paper mainly studies how A real estate enterprises in the face of complex and volatile market environment and increasingly fierce industry competition,how to summarize and tap the existing connotation,combined with the changes that the industry has and will make,develop a transformation strategy that is in line with its own,obviously it has practical value significantly.This paper elaborates the theory of strategic management.The main body of the study is the application of strategic management in the study of enterprise strategic development.Starting from strategic management,this paper explores the development strategy of enterprise A.Combining with the current strategic management tools,this paper analyzes the external environment,enterprise resources and capabilities,and studies whether enterprises can be transformed,with emphasis on mastering the current situation.Often,the pattern of enterprise development,the pattern of industry development and the reality of the enterprise,and with this as the theoretical support,formulated the transformation and development strategy of A real-estate development corporation.This paper is divided into six parts.Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance of this topic,reviews the literature review and related theories of the development of enterprise strategic transformation,elaborates the content,methods and research path of this paper;secondly,it provides theoretical basis for the following research by systematically combing the relevant theories of enterprise strategic transformation;thirdly,it studies the external circle of enterprise A.Firstly,the general environment of A company is analyzed with PEST strategic analysis tool,then the competitive environment and the real estate industry are analyzed with Porter's Five Forces Model.Fourthly,based on the general situation of A real estate company,interviews and surveys are carried out,and the data obtained are analyzed by SWOT method,which clarifies the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of A company.On the basis of the analysis,this paper puts forward detailed plans for the transformation and development of enterprises.Sixthly,according to the company's transformation and development strategy,it puts forward the safeguard measures for the transformation and development of A real estate enterprises.
