Research On Evaluation Of Coordinated Development Of Comprehensive Transportation Inside And Outside

The key issue for China to construct a powerful transportation country is to build a modern comprehensive transportation system,make more contribution to the development of economic and social,and realize the advantages of each transportation mode.It is necessary for optimizing resource allocation and planning for comprehensive transportation to evaluate the coordinated development degree between comprehensive transportation and economic society,as well as he coordinated development degree among various transportation modes.This paper evaluates the coordinated development of comprehensive transportation in China.First of all,this paper sorts out the relevant research at home and abroad for the coordinated development of comprehensive transportation,and draws on the outstanding achievements.Then,on the basis of clarifying the connotation of integrated transportation and coordinated development,this paper defines the connotation of coordinated development of comprehensive transportation,analyzes its mechanism,and discusses the ideal state of coordinated development of comprehensive transportation,as the state of maximum coordination.Secondly,an evaluation index system is built for evaluating the development level of economic society,comprehensive transportation,and various modes of transportation.Moreover,the comprehensive index method and membership function are combined to construct a coordinated development evaluation model,which is divided into static and dynamic coordinated development evaluation models.Thirdly,the model is applied to China.The results are as follows: First,the degree of coordinated development between China’s comprehensive transportation and economic society has increased in 2000-2017,but the degree of coordinated development is just basically acceptable;second,the degree of coordinated development among various modes of transport has been improved greatly from 2000 to 2017,and it is continuing to improve;Third,The development of civil aviation,highways and pipelines is insufficient,railway transportation is developing too fast,and water transportation is moderate.Finally,based on the evaluation results,the countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of overall planning,management system,transportation policy and theoretical research,and it is expected to provide some theoretical support for the coordinated development of internal and external transportation in China.
