At present,with the emphasis on health,China’s pharmaceutical sales industry has shown a rapid development trend.However,due to the low overall level of human resources management in the pharmaceutical sales industry,it is unable to meet the needs of current industry development.To improve the level of human resources management,we must first improve the competency of human resource managers.Therefore,to study the competency of human resource managers in pharmaceutical sales enterprises,to build a competency model for human resources managers,to recruit,select and train human resources managers according to the competency model,and to improve the human resources management level of pharmaceutical sales enterprises.Important practical significance.On the basis of the research on the competence and competency model of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper clarifies the concept of competency and the competence of human resource managers,which lays a foundation for subsequent research.This paper takes human resources managers of pharmaceutical sales enterprises as the research object,conducts research on human resource managers of many pharmaceutical sales enterprises,and summarizes and extracts the competency quality elements of human resource managers through behavioral event interviews.Based on the previous studies,the questionnaires on the competence of human resources managers in pharmaceutical sales enterprises were designed.A total of 185 questionnaires were distributed,172 were collected,and 164 valid questionnaires,the effective rate was 88.65%.Through the statistical analysis of the basic information of the questionnaire,reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,the dimensions of the competency model of human resource managers are determined,specifically the professional literacy,general ability,management ability,professional skills and knowledge.Five dimensions,and the sub-elements contained in each dimension.After drawing the dimension of competency,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each dimension and the weight of each sub-element.On this basis,the human resource manager competency model of pharmaceutical sales enterprises is constructed,and the human resource manager competency model is applied to the human resources management of Sinopharm Jilin Company,including recruitment and talent selection,training and Development,performance appraisal and evaluation,salary system design and career development have achieved good results.The competency model of human resource managers in pharmaceutical sales enterprises constructed in this paper expands the research scope of competency model in theory,and provides some reference for other scholars to study the human resource managers of pharmaceutical sales enterprises.In practice,it has certain practical guiding significance for enterprises to recruit,select and train human resource managers.
