Research On The Development Of Leisure Agriculture Based On Rural Evaluation

Under the flourishing development of leisure agriculture,agricultural life is transforming into leisure agriculture.Agriculture itself and its related activities have become an important attraction to attract urban residents to the countryside for tourism and consumption.Agriculture has become a display.cultural activity.In other words,leisure agriculture is an emerging industry that reflects rural traits.However,the development of the scenic area model has led to the seriousness of the“three-oriented” phenomenon of urbanization,commercialization and artificialization of leisure agriculture.The rural characteristics of leisure agriculture are gradually disappearing.One of the main reasons is the leisure agriculture.Insufficient rural research and cognition,the country has not yet formed a more complete theoretical system to evaluate the rural nature of leisure agriculture.Therefore,this paper deeply explores the rural connotation of leisure agriculture,attempts to construct a set of leisure agriculture rural evaluation system,enrich the theoretical knowledge of leisure agriculture,in order to provide some reference and enlightenment for the development,planning and management of leisure agriculture.This paper starts from the concept of leisure agriculture,excavates the essence of rural nature in detail,summarizes the research status ofleisure agriculture evaluation and rural evaluation at home and abroad,and attempts to interpret the rural connotation of leisure agriculture.The analytic hierarchy process and the Delphi method are used to construct a rural evaluation system for leisure agriculture.There are 6 criteria layers and 26 indicator layers.The results of the evaluation of the importance of the criteria layer through the results of the expert questionnaire are as follows: industrial localization(0.2637),rural imagery(0.2447),resident participation(0.1873),native environment(0.1396),product facilities(0.1014),rural geography(0.0608).The top five indicators of importance rank the landscape image,the income to the extent of staying locally,the cultural image,the establishment of the local product supply chain and the participation of interest distribution.Finally,an empirical analysis of the evaluation index system was carried out with Qiuqi Qiuzhai,Yongtai Qianjiangyue Leisure Farm and Changtai Fuyou Ecological Farm.Judging from the evaluation results,the rural nature of Changtai Fuyou Ecological Farm(83.0117)is“excellent”,and the rural nature of Qiuhou Qiuzhai Village(75.2703)and Yongtai Qianjiangyue Leisure Farm(70.8274)is “general”.The research in this paper finds that: First,the rural nature of leisure agriculture has obvious regional and type differences,because the geographical environment,local economic level,and the concept of operators are different,the theme and positioning of leisure agricultureare different,to a certain extent.The selection of indicators that affect rural nature.Second,the rural nature of leisure agriculture is diversified.For example,the rural nature of the chess village represents the farming culture and shows the rural customs.The rural nature of Fuyou Farm represents the “Chinese slow culture”,which conveys the slowness.The concept of life.Third,the rural nature of leisure agriculture is affected to a certain extent by urbanization and commercialization.There are prominent problems such as insufficient rural cognition,de-agriculturalization of business projects,and marginalization of peasants' interests.They pay attention to the development of materials and neglect cultural construction,which leads to the flow of agricultural management,and the typical characteristics of rural areas are gradually decreasing.Fourth,favorable policies(such as the Changtai County Leisure Agriculture Industry Development Association)to guide the formation of industrial localization play a key role in the excavation of leisure agriculture and rural areas,which is conducive to revitalizing rural resources,shaping product differentiation and extending the leisure agricultural industry.chain.
